Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your products not working out exactly how you had hoped?

We'd love to help! We've extended our return and exchange policy for online orders to 30 days from purchases made from July 1st, 2023 onward to give you more time to experience.


Can I return my orders for refund or exchange?

We accept returns for exchange only and are non-refundable. If you wish to exchange your items, please email us with the reason of return and order number within 30 days after your purchases. Then we will provide the return instructions in detail. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted. Your products must be unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in their original packaging in order to be returned or exchanged. 

Limitation of Returns & Exchanges on specific products:

  1. Screen protectors, headphones are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. For custom print case orders, if you make a mistake or change your mind and wish to reprint your order, you must return the items and a 50% returning fee will apply.
  3. All types of shipping fee are non-refundable.
  4. For orders and items purchased in retail store are NOT stick to the online order returns and exchanges policy. Please bring products in its original packaging to the retail store along with the physical receipt and ask for further return information.
  5. If your products are discontinued or out-of-stock, it may be replaced by a similar option. Xskin reserves the right on the final decisions.


How long will my return or exchange take?

As we take extra measures to make sure our shipping facilities and partners are safe, please note that your returns or exchanges may take us slightly longer than usual to process (10-14 business days). We appreciate your patience!


Do you provide a return label? 

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package. 


Can I return my online order to our retail store?

Sure! You may return your items by posting or visit our retail store along with your online order receipt. For all types of returns, please contact us before you visit. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted. 


Can I get back my membership points when I return?

Unfortunately, once the membership points or coupon apply in your order, all the points/ coupons cannot return or exchange.
